SPRAYBERRY BOG AWARDS BANQUET
It's time to celebrate an awesome year of music and friendship!
Friday, May 17th - 6:30-11:00 pm (Doors open at 5:45 pm)
St. Andrew United Methodist Church
3455 Canton Rd, Marietta, Georgia 30066
Dinner served at 6:30 pm
Awards start around 7:30 pm
DJ starts spinning around 9:30 pm, so bring your dancing shoes!!!
Arrive at check-in and give your student’s name
No physical tickets are required.
Must have reserved tickets and prepaid (no walk-ins)

AWARDS BANQUET HELP NEEDED
We could use a few helpers on Banquet night!
We need 6-8 volunteers starting between 3:30-4 to help with set-up and we need 4-6 volunteers at from 9:30-10:30 to help with clean-up. Please use the link below to Sign Up!

STARDUST CONCERT ATTIRE RETURNS
Due to the lack of dressing rooms at Kell, Tuxes and Dresses will be returned to the racks in the band room starting Monday, May 13th. You can also drop them off during Head Start Camp hours this week. Please, Please, Please!!!! Have them in no later than Friday, May 17th. They have to be accounted for by the Uniforms team and taken to the cleaners ASAP.

CALLING ALL 2019 - 2020 SENIORS!
On Tuesday, May 14th there will be a Senior Meeting in the Orchestra Room for all rising 2019-2020 Seniors. The meeting will take place at 4:00 pm and food will be served.

 CHOP TEAM
OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS!
The Braves have opened an opportunity for 16-18-year-old students to come work special locations at the games and concerts!! This is an awesome way to earn FP account credit AND get some work experience and we will sign off on Volunteer Hours too!!
The student must attend the Delaware North training

Wednesday, June 5 - 6:00 - 10:00 pm
As soon as you complete training you can sign up for games and participate in raising funds for the band program and your own account to earn credit for band expenses.

Spots fill up fast and they will only take so many students, so don't miss out!!!
