We interrupt your Tuesday morning to bring you news of an exciting new event at TMR!
Join us for a Salami Demonstration Event on Wednesday May 29th, 6:30pm-8:30pm.
During the demonstration, James will talk the group through the requirements for making salami, including selection of pork, and the equipment required. You will then have front-row seats to view the step by step process of making and tying salami.
Unlike our usual hands-on classes, this is a demonstration event, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills, without getting your hands dirty!
Antipasto Platter nibbles, and a glass of wine or beer is also included in the price.
Salami by TMR will also be available to purchase on the evening.
