Through the Mountain Pass

Dearest friend,

The sun, encased in shadows, has long since slipped behind the mountains. As I write this, my family and I are winding our way through the mountains, climbing one, descending, and climbing another just as quickly. It’s a dark night, a cold night, a windy night. After a few delays and a necessary pause, we’re on the road again, slowly working our way northward. Our goal is to finish this 1.5k mile journey in ~3 days. Easily doable. But we’re not in a rush. We will get there when we get there. But we will get there soon.

New Blog Post: Leaving the Desert

In my last few letters (and in quite a few posts on instagram, too) I’ve spoke of the incredible energy currents that are at affecting so many of us right now. They’re stirring a lot of pots that need stirring right now, forcing us to revisit the past -but this, this time, we don’t get to look away. We don’t get to ignore it.

This trip, these energy currents… it’s all doing so much to my head. I am filled with words, so much so that I broke my blogging hiatus to let those words spill out as they needed to.

Aside from finally leaving New Mexico, my biggest news is that another run of an Introduction to Spellcraft starts on June 3rd. I am so excited to work through this material with a new set of witches and I really hope you’ll get a chance to join us, friend.
