The Latest Citylets Quarterly Report for Q4 2018.
Citylets, the popular Scottish Lettings Portal, have just released their Q1 Report on the Scottish lettings market. It “records moderate positive annual growth in the Scottish PRS at 1.7%”. Despite mixed signals, Edinburgh rents rose to a new all-time high.
New Role for our Lettings Director.

Ken, who has two young daughters, is also supporting his wife Natalie and taking "Shared Parental Leave" over the summer. 

We wish Ken all the very best with this exciting opportunity to spend time with his family. Ken recently completed 10 years service with 1LET and we very much look forward to welcoming our New Business Director back towards the end of the summer.

When the Private Residential Tenancy (PRT) was first mooted, it’s fairly safe to say that some eyebrows were raised. The PRT promised a lot of changes, and when things have been so comfortable for so long, who wants those, right?  If it ain’t broke, why fix it?
Minimum EPC Ratings for the Private Rented Sector.

The Scottish Government is working towards implementing legislation aimed at raising the energy efficiency of all residential properties in the country.
