Spring term days and times have been announcement. Drop-ins and appointments start in week 2 of each term at the Graduate Student Success Center in the Memorial Union room 203 (above Javastop.)

Inspiration Dissemination

Featuring OSU graduate students and their work Sunday nights at 6 p.m. on FM 88.7 KBVR or streaming at http://www.orangemedianetwork.com/kbvr_fm/. This Sunday is AJ Fillo. OSU Events

Oregon 4-H Outreach Leadership Institute (OLI) is seeking student volunteers to help with their annual event where 8th to 12th grade students attend career readiness workshops. What they specifically need help with is to
  • Conduct hands-on workshops related to a career for students to learn about various career paths they can take
  • Group leaders to guide students to and from activities on the OSU Campus
  • Student Panelists to speak about their experiences as students in their chosen career path and experience in higher education

Day of Caring: This year, the Center for Civic Engagement invites everyone in the community on Saturday, May 18, for our annual Day of Caring. Oregon State students, staff, faculty, and their children/dependents are invited to participate in this event and celebration. Join us on our last day of service of the school year, to participate in a project with either Corvallis Parks and Recreation, Grand Oaks Club House, SAGE , Benton Habitat for Humanity or Jackson Street Youth Services. Oregon State Creative Jam: Join OSU and Adobe for a one-of-a-kind event. Get a crash course in Adobe XD. Create an app prototype, learn from top speakers, hang out with friends and food. All at Memorial Union, only for OSU students. May 24, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Register for free today.

Mental Health First Aid. Mental Health First Aid is an eight-hour course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify, understand and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, May 24. Preregistration required. Space is limited. Lunch will be provided.
