Brookline Community Yard Sale
will be held on
Saturday, June 1st, 2019
8:00 am – 1:00 pm
hosted by Brookline Together
(formerly SPDC and Chamber of Commerce)

Join us in participating in our Annual Community Yard Sale!

We are expecting an even larger turn out this year! We anticipate visitors from all over Pittsburgh to attend.

Deadline to Sign Up to be on our Community Yard Sale Map is May 19th!

What do I get for signing up?
You will be listed on our Community Map so visitors can find you on the day of event. Your highlight items for sale will be listed on our Hot List. Advertising will be included in multiple Pittsburgh publications to draw more visitors to your yard sale. Signage and balloons will be provided to you to help visitors find you.

How much to sign up?
$20. This small fee helps us advertise in multiple publications to ensure a large amount of visitors know about our Community Yard Sale. It also helps us provide you with signage and maps to ensure a smooth and fun experience for everyone involved! Any leftover proceeds will go directly towards future Brookline Community Events!

We have several unique additions to help make your sale a success:

The 'Hot List' will catalog up to three interesting items you may have for sale to incentivize more visitors to your yard sale
We will be partnering again with Scoops on the Blvd who will be supplying the balloons for those that have registered for easy recognition to visitors
We also will have yard sale signs available for pick up at BTO (Brookline Teen Outreach Center)
Brookline Knights concession stand will be open down at the Rec Center, where we will be featuring a yard sale in the parking lot for those without yard space of their own
We are partnering with Veterans Pick Up to pick up all left over items that didn't sell directly from your house. Call them at 1-800-775-VETS(8387) & let them know your location. Plus, it's a tax deduction!
We are also partnering with Backyard Angels - a new Brookline Business that offers free clothing to kids & teens. You may drop off any children's clothing that did not sell to Backyard Angels, located right on the Blvd!

We will have one information table set up at Brookline Rec Center, where shoppers can pick up Maps and Hot Lists.
