UPDATES & ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• Spikeball is coming! NHS will be hosting a spike ball tournament after school on May 22nd. You may register as an individual or a two person team. Registration will take place outside of the school cafeteria during lunch this week.
• Attention students taking AP tests this week! If you are taking a morning exam, please arrive to school no later than 8am. If you are taking an afternoon exam, please bring lunch to school as you will not have the opportunity to buy lunch on your test day. Please check your total registration account for testing time, location & date.
• The CNHS Red Cross Club is hosting a CPR certification clinic on May 21st directly after school. This opportunity is open to all grades and staff. If you interested, you can sign up outside the nurse’s office or by using the QR code found on our flyers located near bulletin boards. Their is a 20 dollar fee to be CPR certified. Sign ups end May 14th.
• Attention Seniors! The Senior Class Trip will be June 5th. The cost is $39. See Mr. Jansen in A130 if you have any questions.

- Congratulations to the Freshman Girls Lacrosse Team on a very productive, successful season! The girls finished 4-4-2 and improved immensely since they started on March 1st. Great job Coach Westen and great job getting better every day girls!
- The Varsity Girls Lacrosse team has received the (5) seed and a first-round bye in the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 3 State Playoff Bracket and will travel to (4) seed West Windsor Plainsboro North in a Quarterfinal matchup on Thursday 5/16 at 4:00. Good luck girls!
- The Varsity Boys Lacrosse team has received the (12) seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 3 State Playoff Bracket and will travel to (5) seed Mainland Regional in a first round matchup this Wednesday 5/15 at 4:30 PM. Good luck boys!
- The Varsity Boys Volleyball team has received the (12) seed in the NJSIAA Central Bracket and will travel to (5) seed Bridgewater-Raritan on 5/21, time TBA. Good luck boys!
- Congratulations to the following Track athletes who had memorable performances at Monmouth County Championships: Delia Russo 2nd in 3200, Camryn McCloskey 3rd in Pole Vault, Natalie Shapiro 4th 3200, Isabella Pecoraro 4th High Jump, Matt Bogdan 4th 3200. Great job!
