Jim and Frieda Southard were in an accident near Yosemite National Park that necessitated a fusion of Frieda's spine. The surgery was yesterday, and Frieda is doing well considering the circumstances. Her mother was with them and is hospitalized as well with injuries to her rib cage. Both remain bed-ridden. Jim pastors the Lakeside Church of the Nazarene. Please keep them in your prayers. --DS Taylor.
