The Benefice of Witney welcomes The Rev’d Dr Hugh White as Team Vicar, with Special Responsibility for the Parish of Minster Lovell.
Join us at St Mary's on Sunday 12th May, 6.30pm, when Hugh will be licensed by The Bishop of Dorchester.
Hailey Board Games Afternoon Inaugural session! Board games, tea and cake.

Everyone is warmly invited to come and hear about the recent visit a group made to the Benefice of Voxtrop in Sweden; talk, pictures, cake and tea.

The Witney Festival of Food and Drink returns on Saturday 18th May. Please return your raffle tickets before the event to the parish office, or on the day. If you have not yet volunteered, but can help on the day, please contact Claire.

The final session as we consider the call to mercy and kindness. You are invited to bring along something to share with the group.

On Saturday 25th May 7.30pm & Sunday 26th May 2.30pm, at Holy Trinity, the Redlynch Players will be marking the 60th anniversary of the novel 'Thrush Green' by Miss Read. Tickets £10, available from Witney Visitor Information Centre or online.

There are events throughout the 10 days at Witney Methodish Church, St Mary's Cogges and Witney Congregational Church.

Live reading of a book of the Bible: The books to be read will be Colossians and Philemon. Discover the impact of hearing them in their entirety. Tuesday 4th June, 6.30 pm, St Kenelm’s Minster Lovell.

Doyennes are meeting for coffee at Witney Blanket Hall on the High Street, Tuesday 7th May and Wednesday 5th June, 10.30am. The next evening meet up will be Tuesday 21st May, 7pm, for more details contact Linda.
The next acoustic room is on Thursday 16th May, 8pm at St Mary's. Local artists perform and there's a great bar. Do come along and support.

Prayer Shawl Ministry
On the first Thursday of each month (next Thurs 6th June), 2pm.
