As part of the Queensland Government, the Department of State Development, Tourism and Innovation has responsibilities under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) (IP Act) regarding the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information. The IP Act also provides access and amendment rights for personal information held by the department.
