Opportunity: NCCPE & STFC's Wonder Match 

The NCCPE and the Science and Techologies Facilities Council are looking for scientists and engineers who have the hunger to share their research with new audiences to join them for the London Wonder Match event on 4 July. The event will focus on building partnerships between community organisations and researchers in STFC releated disciplines, to help develop new collaborative public engagement projects

Join us for our next training session where we'll be looking more closely at all things evaluation in public engagement. Learn more about the tools that you can use to produce meaningful evaluation that could be used in REF Impact Case Studies.

Training Workshop: Public Humanities

Tuesday 11 June, 14:00-16:00, Scape 1.04, Mile End Road

This workshop will discuss different tools for addressing audiences other than specialists in your field. These tools range from writing op-eds based on research to writing general interests book, book reviews, podcasts, and social media strategies. No need to book in advance, just show up!

Training: Public Humanities Short Course

Wednesday 11-12 July, 9:00-17:00, School of Advanced Study 

This two day short course will explore how public engagement can be embedded in humanities research careers and will cover working with the media, navigating impact and the REF, and funding.
