**ATTENTION VOTERS!  This is information you need to know to cast your votes!
The Pennsylvania Election Code of 1937 allows primary candidates seeking to be a Magisterial District Judge or a School Director to file nomination petitions for both political parties because these elected positions have historically been considered non-partisan.  This nominating process is called “cross filing.”

HOWEVER, cross filing can create confusion for voters because you can’t tell on the ballot which candidates for these offices are from which party.  That is why it is really important to know who the endorsed Democratic candidates are for Magisterial District Judge and Radnor School Director.

Please look for a volunteer Democratic Poll Greeter when you get to the polls who will give you a sample Democratic ballot with that will help you navigate the part of the ballot where there are cross filed candidates.
         See you at the polls!
