Koviashuvik Open Homestead Day! Saturday
May 25th, 10:30am – 3:00pm.
Koviashuvik is a teaching homestead dedicated to sharing ecologically and culturally- regenerative skills and life-ways. Come tour the farm, try your hand at processing brown ash for basket making, grind some acorns for flour, and check out the solar food dehydrator, homemade rocket stoves, root cellar, etc.! Owen Knapp (age 12) will be teaching a class in wooden sword making at 2:30pm ($5).
