Helping children feel good about themselves

May 2019

This month's newsletter is all about supporting children's self-esteem. We have a discussion on the role of parents in helping children to develop a positive body-image, a social media resource list to help parents minimise the negative impacts of social media, and tips for supporting children through exams. Plus, if your child is a negative thinker, try these ideas for teaching optimism and boosting children's self-esteem.
