It's Memorial Day Weekend and we're roadtripping to upstate NY to the Grand Canyon of the East! Yeah, it's easy beginner car camping, but that park and those views... It's like living in NYC and visiting the Empire State Building for the first time. Yeah, it's gonna be hot and crowded, but there's a reason people go see it, it's magnificent.
