100% Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel tanks. This is an easy-drinking unoaked wine. Bright straw-yellow in colour, it is wonderfully lively and fresh with an intensely fruity nose and fresh citrus and tropical fruit on the palate, full of flavour. It finishes with an intriguing hint of black pepper and lime, and crisp mouth-watering acidity. Perfect with fish and white meats.

SEA CHANGE NEGROAMARO SALENTO IGP 12.5%

100% Negroamaro, a grape indigenous to this area. Bright ruby red in colour with purple undertones, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with berry fruits, and red and black cherries on the nose which follow through to the fresh, soft palate. The lingering fruity finish is one to savour. Try with white and red meats, cured meats, pasta and aged cheeses.
