Whiteparish All Saints Church will be hosting this year’s team service on Ascension Day, which is on Thursday, 30 May.  The resident choir would be delighted if others wished to join them for this occasion.  In addition to supporting the congregation’s hymns singing, where appropriate with harmonies, the choir will be singing the popular hymn, Rejoice, the Lord is King, to the well known tune by Handel, arranged by Samuel Wesley, which is recommended for Ascension Day use. 
 
If you would like to join the choir for this occasion, or explore that possibility, please contact Richard Tulloch at richard_tulloch@hotmail.com or on 01725 511486.  Rehearsal will be on the day only, probably at 9am (to be confirmed), but music can be circulated in advance.  The service is at 10am. 

There will be a Quiet Day on Saturday 8th June at All Saints Church, Whiteparish from 9.45am to 3.45pm.  For further details see here.  Booking is not essential, but it would be useful to know approximate numbers to help us to prepare. Drinks will be provided, but please bring your own lunch and a Bible  (please email prayer@clarendonteam.org if you are planning to come).
