RIVER ARTS FESTIVAL 2019 IS HERE!

Ebb & Flow is a free family-friendly festival produced by Arts Council Santa Cruz County that celebrates the San Lorenzo River. 

Launched in 2015 as a collaborative project between arts and environmental groups, Ebb & Flow brings attention to the river as our community’s primary source of drinking water, as well as a city park, recreational corridor, and home to more than 200 species of birds, fish and other wildlife.
