AGM Special Business
The AGM will be held at Ferrybank on Grantham St, in Hamilton on 22nd of June 2019. Formal notice will be given at least 28 days beforehand. Prizegiving will also be held on this date at the same venue.
The only business which can be conducted at the AGM is:
* Ordinary Business (electing officers, setting fees, receiving reports etc)
* Special Business (which is matters notified to the Secretary BEFORE the notice of the AGM is given).
Accordingly, if there's anything you want raised at the AGM you will need to notify the Secretary ASAP. The easiest way is to email secretary@skirace.co.nz. Anything received by the Secretary after the notice of the AGM is given cannot be considered at the AGM.
Please remember anything regarding the racing rules will be considered via submissions to the racing committee at their meeting to set the rulebook pre-season.
