The courses take place in modern air conditioned studios at Centro de Baile, 15 minutes from the centre of Jerez. Classes are held in the morning when the day is cooler. All classes are accompanied by local professional guitarists and singers. After class, you can relax or explore the lovely narrow streets and shady squares of Jerez, visit a Moorish castle or the Flamenco Museum. Beautiful beaches are only 20 minutes away and the fabulous city of Seville only an hour’s journey. By night, experience the vibrant atmosphere of the many bars and restaurants of Jerez, taking in the flamenco haunts normally off limits to foreign visitors.

5-Day Intensive Technique Course

This course deals with the coordination of movements of different parts of the body and consolidation of concepts which are fundamental for flamenco dance. This is a rare opportunity to analyse your own individual needs and this unique course will help to correct and improve your dancing.

Obliqueffect

Part of the 2019 London Flamenco Festival

A flamenco dancer, spoken word artist, guitarist and percussionist join on stage to explore Obliqueffect: the altering of perspective when one or a group of artists breaks tradition. Join Nanako Aramaki, Natasha Gilbert, Adrian Sola and Antonio ‘Pumuki’ Moreno on this exciting new flamenco show where boundaries, rules and borders of multiple artforms are crossed over, without being crossed out.
