New Biosphere Programme Manager appointed
The Living Coast, Brighton & Lewes Downs UNESCO designated Biosphere, has appointed Sarah Dobson as Programme Manager following Rich Howorth’s departure in the Spring. Sarah has a background in Sustainability and Environmental Management and joins the Biosphere from the Natural History Museum, London, where she led on the environmental management of all the Museum’s operations.

Sarah said, ‘I am thrilled and honoured to take over this important role from Rich who has done amazing work to develop The Living Coast Biosphere with our partners since before the UNESCO designation was achieved. My priority will be to work with all the board members, partners, and our other supporters and friends to build on what Rich has already achieved in delivering the lasting vision of The Living Coast, the place where people and nature come together in our world class environment.'
