Dear <<First Name>>,

We are writing to welcome you to WBTYhelps, the religious school program for 7th graders.

We know many people were with us to tie the tzitzit as the culmination to a wonderful 6th grade school year, but I wanted to follow up with this email as a reminder to please register during the month of May.

WBTYhelps engages 7th grade students in service learning in order to form deep connections between volunteer work and the Jewish tradition. In partnership with Tzedek America, students will take half day trips, specifically curated to give the participants profound insight into many issues of social justice in our city. Wilshire Boulevard Temple will offer 16 day trips throughout the 2019-2020 academic year. All students will be required to participate in eight field trips, and will be able to select specific trip dates once enrolled in the program. Participation in WBTYhelps also counts as their Tikkun Olam project for their B'nei Mitzvah.

Please watch this short video to learn a bit more about WBTYhelps:

Enrollment takes just a few, short minutes and full participation in WBTYhelps is required for all 7th grade students having a Bar or Bat Mitzvah at Wilshire Boulevard Temple. We encourage you to register now as all registrations receive a $75 discount during the month of May.

Register for WBTYhelps at MySchoolApp!

We are eager to answer any of your questions and look forward to welcoming
you and <<Student 1 First>> to WBTYhelps!
