Change in next week's early release and exam schedule

Dear Parents, Guardians and Students:

In order to accommodate the earlier graduation time, recognizing that siblings, faculty and staff may want to attend graduation, there has been an adjustment to next week's schedule.  Please note the new schedule below (* denotes the significant changes).
 

*MONDAY: 
1A  8:30 - 9:35
2A  9:42 - 10:47
3A: 10: 54- 11:59
4A: 12:06 - 1:50 (1st & 2nd lunches are during this time - please do not drop off forgotten lunches. Send your child with a lunch or lunch money to purchase)
3B EXAM: 1:57-3:30 - exam/testing environment - no early dismissals - please check your schedule.

Tuesday: Final exams 1B and 2B; dismissal at 12:30

Wednesday: Final exams 1A and 2A; dismissal at 12:30

*Thursday: Final exam 4B; dismissal at 10am (this is due to Grady's Graduation Ceremony at 1:00pm at Georgia Tech)

Friday: Final exam 3A and 4A; dismissal at 12: 30.

TEXTBOOKS: 
Please check with your student(s) (check under their bed, on the shelf, or in their book bags) to make sure they have turned in their textbooks for the year. PLEASE return all text books by next week to your students current teacher(s) or the main office.
