Happy Birthday...to me! Three years ago today, I began a new role as the owner of Holly M Communications. It's been quite the ride! Below, you'll find my 'Top 3 in 3' learnings from this amazing journey. And I would be remiss if I did not send my gratitude to you - for helping make my dreams a reality.
Whether we know each other through business, friendship - or both - it is my promise to honor our relationship by giving back as much as I can to the Northeast Ohio community. I look forward to celebrating many more birthdays together!

Holly's Top 3 (Lessons) in 3 (Years)
1. Ride the wave. The best advice I received when I started was to 'ride the wave' - embrace the busy times, enjoy the slow times. Work flow is cyclical, and the slow times are essential to restoring work/life balance.
2. Think big. Then think bigger. The only limitations in life are the ones we put on ourselves. During our year-end evaluation in 2017, I shared my 2018 business goals with executive coach Yan Maschke. Always asking the tough questions... she inquired, 'Why not double that?' She was right, why not? So I changed it - and many other goals. 2018 was a year of beautiful growing pains, both personally and professionally - and the most rewarding year of my life.
3. Never ever, ever stop giving. Life is fueled by the momentum of our actions. The more you give, truly, the more you receive. I have found such fulfillment in giving back - launching an official mentorship program for young professionals this year and raising money through my annual piano concert, 'Singing for a Cause.'
