Washington D.C/Colonial Williamsburg/Monticello Trip: Our trip is over half full. If you intend to participate, please let Mrs. Novotny know. You do not need to sign up until next fall, but the sooner you sign up, your spot will be guaranteed. Payments can be spread out over the course of summer, Fall and Winter and part of Spring. Adults 18 and over will need to complete a background check and complete a Safe Environment Training (on-line.) If you are not sure if you have completed one, please check with Mrs. Leyba in the main office.
Financial Assistance Notifications: Letters to qualifying parents will be sent by the end of the week. Please look for these in your email.
The Tri-Parish Catholic community is participating in the “Peanut Butter Challenge”. This challenge to collect jars of unopened peanut butter to give to a food bank to help those that are under-served and food challenged during the summer months. SAS will help in this by collecting peanut butter jars for the remainder of the school year. Peanut butter contains the protein needed to help those individuals needing a strong nutritious support. It is a common item provided to children in developing countries to help sustain them through the famine times of the year. Jars of peanut butter will be donated to a local food bank and distributed to families in need. If you would like to participate, please bring in your jar(s) to school and give to the office. This is strictly voluntary.Thank you.
