The Campbell River and District Division of Family Practice invites you to meet the people providing health and social services support to our community.
Thursday, June 6, 2019; 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Maritime Heritage Centre – Rotary Hall
- Visit each table at the Fair to learn about resources supporting families, newcomers, seniors, indigenous health and more.
- Stop at the video booth to talk about what is important to you for your health and well-being.
- Enter a draw for a prize!
