It continues to be very busy in the world of social prescribing. Despite the uncertainty that is politics in the UK, the roll out of social prescribing is happening at pace.  But developments are not just around the UK, in the Republic of Ireland, Europe, Canada  and Singapore momentum is gathering.

Today we bring you an update on the first social prescribing awards, an update on the 2nd International Social Prescribing Network conference programme, and more!

Happy Social Prescribing!

We are delighted that the National Gardening Scheme are sponsoring the Award for Best Larger Project.

All the information for entering the awards can be found here.

Please do let us know if you want to sponsor an award, there is still time to be involved!

Abstract submissions
We were delighted by the standard of abstracts that were submitted and to see how much fantastic work is going on in the world of social prescribing.  We will be contacting people this week to inform them of the results of the peer review of the abstracts.
