• Access to TWLTC - we have ordered some new, more obvious and substantial signage. In the meantime, please do not park in the car park at the end of Upper Cumberland Walk. Please see signage here.
• Thursday Organised Mix-In - by popular demand we have reinstated one court for the organised mix-in. Separate sign-ups only please and no organised groups.
• Clay courts - please please drag them after use and follow these instructions.
• Grass Courts - we have seven courts open currently so please come and give them a go - they are beautiful! Please ensure that grass is touch-dry before and during play. We have our Ladies' 3 team playing on the grass at 11am on Saturday and our Men's and Ladies 1 teams are in action at 11am on Sunday with both teams playing on the grass. Access may therefore be slightly reduced on Sunday morning and early afternoon.

• New Members:  Please can you email the office with your BTM number once you have registered with the LTA.  Remember to put your venue as Tunbridge Wells LTC.  Thank you
• Club Championships results:  please ensure you write up the scores on the sheets in the clubhouse.  If they are not there by the deadline,  the referee will not put the winners through to the next round.
•  Click here for the draws and scroll to the bottom of the page.  The results will be updated on the  tournament software on a weekly basis by the referee.   All of the draws are up in the clubhouse. Entries still required for Ladies Singles Handicap, Ladies doubles O60s &70s,  Men's Doubles O70s.  Please note there will be no extensions to play by dates.
• Please keep children off the grass courts - these are strictly for playing members when the grass is open only.
• Ladies white Lacoste wrist watch has been lost.  Please drop in to the office if you find it!

• We are advised that when the courts are being dragged, members should start right at the back of the court to bring more sand back onto the courts. You should also drag as wide as you can to bring sand in from the edges. Please also drag in a spiral motion. Further details below.

1. Please collect your child from the court 1 gate at the end of the session.

2. Please supervise all younger children not attending the session, particularly in relation to hitting balls onto our grass courts or running on the grass.

3. Please buy your hot dog/burger/pasta pot between 4 and 5pm if possible.

4.Please ensure that your child brings a refillable water bottle with them as we are no longer providing plastic cups.

5. We do have some sun cream available but it would be good if they are already wearing some!
 

Our Ladies 3, Ladies 1, Men's 1 and Men's 4 are all playing home matches this weekend.   Please check the bookings screen for timings.

A polite reminder for captains of home matches to contact the away teams the week of the match to confirm arrangements.
