Helping ITS fulfill its promises

The ITS European Congress is just over a week away! The Congress presents the perfect opportunity to catch up with keen innovators in the industry, hear from the many inspirational speakers as well as experience the latest cutting-edge technologies and European achievements.

On Tuesday 4 June, the Congress Programme will focus on Smart Cities while on Wednesday we will dive into Automation. The Automation stream will host conversations where mobility experts will discuss the role and challenges of ITS to enable automated mobility. Several panel discussions will review the road towards high level automation and the impacts on user expectations - especially with regards to road safety.

Be sure to visit the many innovative solutions that will be showcased in the congress demonstrations at the Automotive Campus, at the ITS Corridor to the campus and at the Evoluon. There will be 19 demonstrations in total. In order to secure your seat for a demo ride, please use the Congress App to pre-book the demo of your interest.

Press Day on 3 June 

The Host Partners of the ITS European Congress warmly invite the press for a special Press Day on 3 June 2019. This year’s press programme takes place at three locations in Brainport Eindhoven: the Automotive Campus in Helmond, the Pullman hotel in Eindhoven and the Evoluon Congress Centre in Eindhoven. This way the press will be able to experience various implemented ITS solutions and keep up to speed with launched new ones. The kick-off of the Press Day will be at 9.00 at the Automotive Campus, followed by demonstration tours, a smart mobility session and demos of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the official congress opening ceremony.

ITS Dinner time at the DAF museum! 

Are you in for a night full of culinary surprises on Wednesday 5 June? Expect live music while enjoying the company of ITS colleagues from around Europe! There are still tickets to us for the new and vibrant ITS Dinner at the museum of former car and truck manufacturer, DAF.
