Head of School Gary Krahn, Ph.D., welcomes parents, grandparents, alumni, the board of trustees, faculty, staff, and friends of the school to the 55th La Jolla Country Day School commencement ceremony. Read his speech.

Congratulations, Class of 2019!
 
Bravo to the 103 graduates of the class of 2019! This year’s class contributed an amazing 13,412 hours of community service both locally and around the globe. Altogether, they received 480 college acceptances and will embark to 68 different colleges and universities, including one internationally. This year marks the 52nd lifer class, and we are proud to recognize 18 lifers from the class of 2019.
