Welcome back to our friends who were away for the winter!
As we anticipate nicer weather, I wanted to remind you of what is available at the library to help when the weather isn't so great or you need a break from the outdoors. We have games, puzzles, puppets, magazines, books, iPads, and a kindle, all available for check out. We also had a generous donation of STEAM kits, for use in the library.
Our summer is filled with many activities for adults and families. Our Friends of the Library have an author series this summer and the first author is Joe Niese, a local librarian who is also a member of the Society for American Baseball Research. Joe Neise will be at the library on June 11th at 6:30, to share his knowledge of baseball legends.
On July 9th we will have author and comedienne Lorna Landvik and on August 6th Door County author Patricia Skalka.
Keep updated on our Facebook page and Instagram.

Our Book Club read for Tuesday, June 11, is a psychological fiction book by a Minnesota author named Emily Fridlund. The book, published in 2017, touches on the topics of teenage girls, belonging, choices, secrecy and teacher-student relationships and is set in northern Minnesota.
The main character is a 14-year old girl named Linda, who confronts the life and death consequences of the things people do and fail to do for the people they love.
The Book Club meets at 2:00 in the library meeting room and all are welcome. EXPERIENCE SUMMER AT THE LIBRARY. Use our Book Club as an entry in our Adult Summer Library Program beginning June 17th. Win gift cards to local businesses while having fun along the way. Stop in the Library for more information
