Hey folks, this is what you've been waiting for.... the dice have been rolled, dates are set, musicians booked, so here we go again for another great Boquete Jazz&Blues festival in 2020! We still have more than 8 months to go, there's still a lot of work to be done, a lot of details to be nailed down but here are the most important things you need to know for your planning to come to beautiful Panama for the Biggest little Festival in the World:

First things first: Take a look at this incredibly great line-up! Festival director John Wolff and his team have outdone themselves again to put this outstanding selection of stellar artists together to come to our picturesque mountain town of Boquete from places as far away as Norway to perform for you! This line-up is certainly one of the best we ever had, and there may even be some additions coming! Don't miss it!
Don't miss out on this rare opportunity to see and hear the Best of the Best in the lush tropical setting of a replica of an ancient Greek theater at springlike temperatures while the northern countries are covered with snow and ice!

It really can't get much better than this! Early bird festival tickets Here's your chance to save BIG on festival tickets! Madly discounted early bird ticket sales will start on June 15, 2019 and will run until August 31. Prices will go up considerably after that, so don't miss your chance to get your tickets at steep discounts as soon as possible!

3-day General admission pass $ 99
3-day Preferred seating pass $144 only $15 per day more than general admission! Provides sun shade but no cushions
3-day Platinum seating pass $199 provides sun&rain protection, real chairs and free parking close to the venue
Tickets will generally be sold online only.
For local patrons there will also be a local outlet for cash sales of tickets set up later in Boquete. Location and office times are still being worked out, so stay tuned.
Tickets for our traditional, always sold-outGARDEN PARTY Stand-alone tickets for the ever-popular Garden Party will be available in January 2020 for $35. However, in order to honor the support of the festival by patrons purchasing festival passes garden party tickets bought in conjunction with any 3day festival pass will be $25 only, one ticket per pass. This event will sell out, so be sure to include a Garden Party ticket when purchasing your early bird festival pass online!
The BJBF Fedora Club...the only all inclusive option that gives you access to everything with your personal VIP badge! This is the option for those who want to make the most of the BJBF experience with the least hassle.For $500 your personal keep sake photo ID VIP badge will get you anywhere during the festival, plus other great perks. There is only a very limited amount of tickets available. More details about benefits are still being worked out, so stay tuned!
The festival venue The festival venue is a beautiful replica of a Greek-style amphitheater with 800 seats in Valle Escondido (The hidden valley), Boquete's most upscale residential development.
Everybody who has ever enjoyed the festival there will tell you that it is one of the most beautiful places you could think of, with great acoustics and unobstructed views of the stage, just perfect for an intimate music festival. Musicians just love it! The steeply sloped seating area will be partially covered by sun sails (preferred seating area) while the platinum seating area at the top will enjoy sun&rain protection plus chairs.Jam sessions and after parties No worries, party animals: Like the years before we will have a jam session every night plus two open mic pro-am sessions and after parties at various venues around town. Details are still being worked out and will be published in time here and on the BJBF website, and facebook page, so stay tuned!.
Panama is the place to be in February! Give the snow&cold a break and
