Take a day out to experience how agile ITSM & ITIL4 can help your support teams

Hi

I'm running a one day special MarsLander simulation on 6 August in Auckland to help people like you experience, as part of a business simulation, how your support teams can move from traditional service management to a more agile approach, in line with how some of the other teams in your organisation may be adopting DevOps.

This will also give you a good understanding of how ITIL4 can be used, whether you have gone through the ITIL4 Foundation training or not, and how principles similar to DevOps can be used by the support teams. 

Tickets are limited so get in quick. The earlier you book, the cheaper the tickets as well. 

If, once you have experienced the simulation, you feel there would be value in your whole team(s) experiencing it as well, let me know and we can discuss me running one (or more) internally at your organisation. I'll also remove teh cost of your ticket from the next booking.
