Come onto your front in plank position — resting on elbows, hands clasped and onto toes, heals lifted. Legs together.
Make sure you’re in a straight line from head to toe. If you can feel this in the lumbar spine pike the bottom towards the ceiling a little. Start holding this position for 30 seconds, working up to as much as 2 minutes, building in 10 second increments. Planking is a full body exercise!
Make sure coming in and out of the plank you use your knees. Breath. Remember: shaking is good!
