June Energies

WOW! Adios May. That was a deep month for me. I had some mild Ascension symptoms, but the weirdest part was feeling the lack of focus. Lots of change! 

I remember when I finally found neutrality during times of change and it amazed me that it seemed so easy (in comparison) to be able to access detachment when things weren't flowing joyfully. It completley changed my journey to one of greater ease.

A key moment for that was a feeling of depression that surfaced for no reason (for those of you that have read my book, this was after I had healed through my severe depression). I was dismayed at feeling so low and began wondering what I had missed or "done wrong."

At first I was annoyed at myself (probably life, too) and began wondering why I was depressed. Then I just surrendered. I remember saying to myself, "Well, this is just how I feel right now. Maybe I'll work on it later." I genuinely surrendered into the uncomfortable feelings. 

Within about an hour I started feeling better. I could literally feel the energy lifting and releasing. It was a big realization for me about real surrender, which creates neutrality, which creates rapid movement. That's counter-intuitive when you're only physically focused on the action that creates.  

Sometimes we do need to focus on things, and certainly take action to create. But the energy of neutrality has a profound flow on you and how you deal with change. 

June Energies are another level of letting neutrality open you to important transformation. I hope your June is magnificent!
