Hal's Race Results version 19.02

I recently found a minor bug in the way NHC results are calculated affecting the handicaps of boats that are extreme performers.

I corrected the bug in the on-line version, HalSail, last month and have now put a revised version (19.02.01) of the off-line program on the Hal's Race Results web site. You should download and install it if you use the NHC scheme off-line with Hal's Race Results.

The updated version is also available free from the Microsoft Store.
