Stan Dupré of the 2° Investing Initiative and Massamba Thioye of the UN Climate Change Secretariat, the co-conveners of the ISO working group responsible for the development of ISO 14097: Framework including principles and requirements for assessing and reporting investments and financing activities regarding climate change, hereby invite you to a consultation workshop to present and receive further feedback on the latest version of ISO 14097 from financial institutions and other stakeholders currently not directly involved in the development of the standard.
A summary document will be shared with you before the event.
Why should you attend?
- To understand how ISO 14097 can assist in determining the impacts of climate actions related to your financing activities in the context of the long-term goals of the Paris Agreement.
- To contribute to the standard’s development process by providing your views, ideas and technical knowledge on key components of the standard through direct interaction with the ISO 14097 conveners.
- To exchange views with peers and gain key insights into how climate action is being accelerated.
