Next Wednesday, May 29, we'll launch Talent Justice by publishing a suite of materials, including a research report and toolkit.
Talent Justice will help funders, nonprofits, and consultants to invest in equity in the nonprofit workforce.
The focus of our materials is on access, advancement, and ascension in nonprofit careers, with a focus on people of color, women, young people, new Americans, poor, working class and middle class people, and others who wish to do mission-driven social change work in an effective and sustainable fashion.
Our research, executed in partnership with the Center for Urban and Racial Equity (CURE), includes data from a field-wide survey, focus groups, and interviews.
The Launch Webinar will primarily focus on the key findings of our Talent Justice research. This event is free and open to everyone! Register now to participate or to get the recording.
