We are Closed to New Clients Until July

We have been growing and experiencing growing pains such that our quality is beginning to suffer. To restore the quality you have come to expect, we will not be accepting new clients until July.

This means that established clients will experience shorter wait times for appointments, and can expect the high quality, attention to detail and extensive health information for which we are known.

For established clients: be sure to have your credit card handy when scheduling, as our system no longer allows us to schedule appointments without processing a $50 deposit.

Solution: Patient Portal

In June, we expect to launch our patient portal, which will significantly increase our capacity, further enhance quality, and enable us to accept new clients.

Clients will have the choice of scheduling and paying for appointments on-line or by phone. All documentation, including health history, reports and health education materials will be maintained in your HIPAA-compliant and protected space on the portal, available to you 24/7.

Clients will also be able to message the staff through the patient portal, which will keep a chronological record of all communications for viewing by clients and staff.

• Jayne Morrison: Boulder on Mondays and Thursdays and one Saturday a month; and Lakewood on Tuesdays and Fridays
• New Health Educator/Technician: Centennial on Wednesdays and Saturdays and Lone Tree on Tuesdays and Fridays.
