Solution: Patient Portal
In June, we expect to launch our patient portal, which will significantly increase our capacity, further enhance quality, and enable us to accept new clients.
Clients will have the choice of scheduling and paying for appointments on-line or by phone. All documentation, including health history, reports and health education materials will be maintained in your HIPAA-compliant and protected space on the portal, available to you 24/7.
Clients will also be able to message the staff through the patient portal, which will keep a chronological record of all communications for viewing by clients and staff.
