Whew! Just wrapped up a big week of shipping. What a week and it is only Wednesday!
Lots of buds happening on the hydrangeas and seeing hydrangeas with some early blooms. We love Maiko, or Little Geshia, shown above. Look at the color on the leaves! This is one of the few serrata hydrangeas that thinks it's a mophead. And stays small, too.
What’s happening at Hydrangeas Plus®
We're still shipping and our cool spring has been fantastic. Order now before the temperatures start rising. Lots of buds happening on the plants so if you're ready, order now. I don't know how long we'll have them in perfect budded shape.
Our serrata hydrangeas are beginning to bud up! Here is one of my favorites, Serrata Diadem. I think it is a reblooming hydrangea because it blooms like this all summer and again in the fall!
Open dates this month
Don't miss our Memorial Day weekend extravaganza! Our gardens will be open so you can see all the blooms and buds emerging for spring. Pickup a few hydrangeas, too. The dates are May 25th, 26th & 27th and the hours are 10am to 4pm. This is our kickoff event for our Cascade Nursery Trail group of specialty nurseries. We will all be open at our own locations.

If you have your June calendar open, we have another sale happening. Saturday, June 15th, I've been invited to Segright Gardens for their Annual Summer kickoff sale. Again, lots of hydrangeas. Sebright specializes in shade loving plants but DO NOT MISS THEIR GARDENS. Acres and acres of fantastic display gardens that will keep you mesmerized even after your visit.
