GYM NEWS
Premier Fit Newsletter MAY 23RD
Hey Everybody,
I hope you’ve all had another great past week and you’re moving into another happy productive week.
Let’s all remember summer is very close as we approach the final week of May. There is still certainly time to look and feel better before any sunny holidays you plan on enjoying over the next few months. All it will take is some consistent attendance to our variety of fitness classes, something for every level in every single class. From complete beginner to the near expert, just make the time and choice to walk through our door and work up a sweat.

For the most up to date timetable check out our Instagram and Facebook pages Premier Fit Gym on both should find us through the search bar. As well as that in case you don't already have one set up, get yourself onto "mycourts" to be able to pre-book classes to make sure you don't miss anything (also makes things quicker because you can top that account up with credit so you don't need to think about the €3 cash for the paid classes). And if you have any friends or family members not already in the Club who might be a budding fitness fanatic, why not bring them along with you to try out a class? It is usually €10 for a non member to do a class but if they are a first timer to our Gym and coming in with one of our amazing members, Matt will allow the first visit as a trial to show the Club is more than worth joining.

This week's "Fitness Tip" is a workout.
Tabata in case you haven't heard of it, is a great way to get a quick HIIT workout in. You work as hard as you can for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds, repeat the process 8 times to make up one round then take 1 minute active recovery time. You can do this for straight up cardio exercise like running or cycling(sprint for 20 walk for 10, 8 times then jog for 60 seconds and repeat as many rounds as you can).
Or you can try it with some resistance training for a crazy tough workout (example below)
Kettlebell Squat
rest
Kettlebell Press
rest
Kettlebell swing
rest
Burpee
rest
x 2 is one round you then jog/plank/wall sit for 60 seconds and repeat as many rounds as you can(possibly even using heavier weights every round if you want to really push your limits)
If you need help with the technique of those exercises ask a member of staff to show then try it out.
Best regards, The Gym Team
