Understanding and Managing Challenging Behaviour Course
John d'Abbro will outline why he believes it is vital for educational practitioners to have a working model and framework for understanding behaviour. Drawing from sociological, medical and psychological paradigms and 40 years' experience of working with children presenting challenging behaviour, John will help you to understand and develop your own position on behaviour and mood management.

The day will provide you with an overview of what the current literature says about behaviour in schools, focusing on the causes of challenging behaviour, looking from both a systemic and human perspective.

The School Business Management Conference 2019 is on the theme of The Big Questions - exploring the biggest questions that you have around finance, systems, HR and more.
