Memorial Day - The Murph
In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28, 2005. A United States Navy SEAL officer, Murphy was awarded the U.S. military’s highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the War in Afghanistan. His other posthumous awards include the Silver Star Medal (which was later upgraded to the Medal of Honor) and the Purple Heart.
The Pax will convene at Adventure Park at 7am (no 5:15a workout scheduled this day) on Monday, May 27, 2019. Weight Vest optional. Pre-Blast is available to read here: The Murph

Our big expansion across the Sunshine Skyway. F3 Suncoast is expanding! Under the leadership of Site Q Smudge, we will be opening an AO at North Shore Park in St Petersburg on June 1st. Beatdown will start at 7am and will end with some coffeeteria at Starbucks starting at 8am. Share this newsletter with friends and plan to clown car to the new AO on 6/1.
Also, we will have some FNGs from the Clearwater/Safety Harbor area attending the bootcamps at North Shore Park, with the intention of then launching further north in a month or two! Exciting times for the Suncoast! Clowncars will be leaving from Adventure Park to the 12th Ave NE Parking lot at 5:50am. HC now!

- Free of Charge

- Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
