North Shore InnoVentures, an award-winning, non-profit business incubator in Beverly, MA, is looking for a part-time Lab Manager to provide support to more than a dozen biotech and cleantech start-ups in a well-equipped, shared 7500 square foot lab. Flexible schedule: 24 - 36 hours/week.

• Work with exciting, high-performance startup teams that are developing the latest solutions to big environmental, health and research problems

• Looking for a well-organized, hands-on, flexible, independent self-starter Interested in working with a wide range of leading-edge equipment and technologies, and who enjoys working in a small team with a lot of variety in day-to-day activities

• Good interpersonal and leadership skills a must

• Responsible for maintenance of lab equipment, managing vendors, training users and coordinating safety programs

• Chemistry, Biology or related science degree; three plus years in lab environment desired
