Medication Adherence Tip of the Week-Give your patients a calendar/worksheet that helps them to adhere to their medications. The worksheet needs to include the exact days and times they are supposed to take their medications, and remind them to keep the calendar/worksheet in a visible location like the refrigerator. The easier it is to read and follow, the better. Also have your patients take notes to keep track of side effects or to record important dosing information (missed or skipped doses). For a copy of your IPA medication adherence calendar/worksheet to distribute to your patients contact Paula Straub at 502-814-3156 or pstraub@phdelivery.com.
