Georgie's back with her Sift Produce stall tomorrow morning. As the temperature drops, the sweetness rises and Sift will be offering be a glorious display of local, seasonal sumptuousness! 8.00 am until sold out - get here early.

The butchery's packed with gorgeous gear and things are looking particularly good. The highlights include:

Berkshire pork loin from Extraordinary Pork near Dubbo (that's a slice of roasted pork loin pictured below to get you in the mood),
Sommerlad Heritage chickens from Grasslands Poultry near Wellington (State Delicious Award winner),
farmed Boer goat from The Gourmet Goat Lady (State Delicious Award winner),
buffalo mozzarella, feta, dolcenina, yoghurt from Burraduc Buffalo Dairy (State Delicious Award winner)
Dorper lamb legs from New Horizons in the Riverina (roast a boned leg of lamb and serve with Sift Produce Romanesco and pickled walnuts - recipe here.)

BUDGET BOXES
It's simple. We've revised our box offer to give you a range of options for saving 10% by buying your meat in a box. Also, everyone who buys a box between May and October goes in the running to win a sixth of a whole pastured pig - more below.
Mr Bone's Budget Box: about 5 meals for 2-3 people at about $5.70 per person
Mrs Feather's Meat Tray: about 6 meals for 4 people at about $5.25 per person
There's also the Paleo Box, the BBQ, Sheila and Bruce and a lovely Rose Veal Box.

The Year of the Pastured Pig, each month over the next six months we'll be giving away one sixth of a whole pig to a Feather and Bone box customer. Buy a box and go into the running to win kilos of gorgeous pastured pork.

NEW BUTCHERY HOURS! 
We've changed our weekday hours and our new opening times are as follows.
Tuesday to Friday: 10.00 am ~ 5.00 pm
Saturday (no change): 8.00 am ~ 4.00 pm
Parking
If you're planning to come by car, please park in front of Feather and Bone, Unit 8. If there's no room in front of our place, hang five because a space will come up pretty soon. Alternatively, please park on the street just outside the front gate. We and our neighbours thank you for your consideration.
