This month we will be doing a clear up around the Bothy, and we'll be helping improve the pathways in the park. In recent years we have improved cleanliness in the park through the 'Big Spring Clean', and we've been clearing pathways recently too.
The good news is that the council is getting a machine for doing pathways, so we will no longer need to do that task. Improving the steps is a little different, so we'll be doing those near The Bothy and clearing a well known litter trap beside Gilmerton Dykes Street, which regularly gets wind swept litter.
Everyone is welcome and we should be done by lunchtime.
