Polling Alert: Georgia Voters More Likely to Support Candidates Who Support Clean Energy
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Atlanta, Georgia, July 8, 2019 –

Conservatives for Clean Energy Georgia (CCEGA) published the results of the
2019 Inaugural Poll conducted by Glen Bolger and Public Opinion Strategies in March of 2019. One of the key findings by Bolger: "73% of voters in Georgia are more likely to support candidates for public office who support renewable energy options such as solar, wind and energy efficiency programs. Roughly 50% of Georgia voters want to see less emphasis on coal and 76% of voters want to see more reliance on solar." CCEGA encourages all candidates to consider clean energy not just because the voters like it, more importantly it is good economic policy for more jobs and a better quality of life.
