JUNE NEWS
SWOOP for Microsoft Teams is ready to launch on July 1
In less than a month we'll be launching SWOOP Analytics’ newest product, SWOOP for Microsoft Teams.
We're going live to early adopters on July 1, 2019 and we've been thrilled by the response we've received from those using our beta product. We would like to offer you a special introductory offer for SWOOP for Teams, valid until the end of this calendar year. If you'd like to learn more, please contact SWOOP's Director, Customer Success Marianne Kjaer. This is an offer you won't want to miss.
Identifying the type of team you're working with
Without knowing what type of team you're working with, how do you adapt your team to reach more positive outcomes?
By using real-time measures of team member interactions, SWOOP for Teams can help you identify the type of team you're working with and adapt behaviours for more productive collaboration.
Watch this short video to learn about our SWOOP for Teams personas and check out our Teams maturity model for better collaboration.
Five minutes a day to get your senior leaders engaged online
Five minutes a day - that's all it takes to get senior leaders engaged with their employees. Cai Kjaer uses simple, practical and evidence-based tips for achieving employee engagement at scale with just a few minutes effort each day. Read more here or watch this webinar recording.
Have you seen our new Engager persona?
When we designed the SWOOP Personas we didn't consider gender. However, it has been brought to our attention that the two personas we often say are the most aspirational for senior leaders (Catalyst and Engager) were male, while the Broadcaster is female.
So we decided to act on this, and you'll now see a female Engager persona. It makes a lot of sense as research by SWOOP's Chief Scientist Dr Laurence Lock Lee on gender diversity in enterprise social networks suggests women are better at building bigger and more cohesive networks than men. So to all the men out there: It's time to get better at connecting and collaborating!

Case Studies
This is an incredible story of how Flight Centre Travel Group used its Workplace network to save an Australian man's life while he was on his honeymoon in Peru.
Flight Centre was the world-wide leader for large-size organisations in SWOOP's 2019 benchmarking of Workplace networks and it's not hard to see why when you read this story.
Any comments, thoughts, questions, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us via the link below or on our User Groups on Yammer or Workplace.
