The first ever Tall Ships Race took place in 1956. There were 20 ships competing, including Christian Radich, Maybe and Sørlandet.
This year the fleet of Tall Ships, small ships and yachts will visit Denmark and Norway. You can still choose one (or more!) journey, depending on your preference.

Join one of the exchanges and enjoy more than sailing! On these journeys you will meet people from many different countries. Find out what you have in common and celebrate the differences.
The exchanges are also a great introduction if it's your first Tall Ships journey: the mentors on board support the participants, organize fun activities and make sure that everybody feels at home.

Cruise in Company is a very special leg of the Tall Ships Races. You get to enjoy the Parade of Sail in Fredrikstad and all of the port activities in Bergen, but in between there's a relaxing journey along the coast.
If you prefer calmer sailing with more time to take in the sights, drop an anchor somewhere and jump into the cold fjord - but you don't want to give up the port festivals, then the Cruise in Company leg is for you!

For the more competitive trainees there are two races across the Skagerrak strait between Denmark and Norway. During those trips everyone will push themselves in order to win the race. It's a great challenge, the way to practice teamwork and an exciting adventure, no matter which place you will eventually reach. Afterwards expect some well-deserved rest and fun in the port of destination.
